What to know

Which devices work best in the UK?

Fire TV Sticks are the most common choice in UK homes and are the easiest to set up. Samsung and LG smart TVs work with a player from their own app store, and Android TV and Google TV devices, including Sony and TCL TVs, use the Google Play Store.

If you use a Sky or Virgin Media box today, you don't need to remove it. Plug a streaming stick into a spare HDMI port and switch inputs.

Broadband and Wi-Fi

Allow about 15 Mbps per HD screen and 25 Mbps per 4K screen. Full-fibre and cable broadband handle several screens easily; older copper connections may only support one or two HD streams.

Most buffering in UK homes is caused by Wi-Fi, especially through thick walls or when the router sits by the front door. A cable, a mesh system or powerline adapters fix most of it.

Paying in US dollars

Prices are in USD. You pay through the secure link we email after you order, and your card or payment service converts the amount to pounds. Some UK cards charge a foreign-transaction fee; check with your bank if you're unsure.

Nothing renews automatically, so there's no subscription to cancel.

Support and guide times

Our team answers on WhatsApp, Telegram and email ([email protected]). If programme guide times look wrong, check that your device's time zone is set to London and updates automatically for British Summer Time.

UK questions

Does IPTV Harmony work with any UK broadband provider?

Yes. It works over any stable broadband or mobile connection. If you see buffering only in the evening, our buffering guide explains how to check for congestion and what to try.

Do I need to cancel my current TV package?

No. IPTV Harmony runs alongside any existing service. Many people try it first on a spare HDMI port before deciding.

Will my bank charge a fee?

Prices are in USD. Some UK cards add a foreign-transaction fee. Your bank can tell you whether yours does.
