About IPTV Harmony
What is IPTV Harmony?
IPTV Harmony is a prepaid IPTV subscription. You watch live TV and on-demand content over your internet connection in a player app on your smart TV, streaming stick, phone or computer. You choose a plan length and how many screens you need, and there is no contract.
How much does IPTV Harmony cost?
Prices start at $13 for one month on one screen. Longer plans cost less per month: 12 months is $69, about $5.75 a month. Extra screens raise the price. All prices are in USD and are shown in full on the plans page before you order.
Can I try IPTV Harmony before I pay?
Yes. You can request a 24-hour free trial. Fill in the short form, and after a quick check our team sends the trial login on WhatsApp. No payment details are needed. Trials are limited to one per household.
Which devices can I use?
IPTV Harmony works on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows, Mac, MAG and Formuler boxes, and the Nvidia Shield. Each has a step-by-step install guide.
How many screens can watch at the same time?
Between 1 and 5, depending on the plan you choose. Each connection lets one device play at a time. You can install the app on as many devices as you like; the connection count only limits how many play at the same moment.
What happens after I order?
You receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a secure payment link. Once your payment is confirmed, your login details arrive by email. Usually within minutes once your payment is confirmed. Then you follow the install guide for your device.
Is there a contract or automatic renewal?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Nothing renews automatically. Before your plan ends, you decide whether to order again.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Contact support first: most problems are app settings or Wi-Fi and are quick to fix. If we can't make the service work as described, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of activation. The refund policy explains the conditions.
Getting started
What do I need to watch?
A supported device, a player app, and a stable internet connection. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K for each screen that is playing. A wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the steadiest picture.
Which player app should I use?
TiviMate on Fire TV and Android TV, IBO Player Pro on Samsung and LG TVs, IPTVX on Apple devices and VLC on computers are good starting points. Our player guide compares the options on each device.
What login details will I receive?
Your welcome email contains an Xtream Codes login (username, password and server address) and an M3U link. MAG and Formuler boxes can use a MAC portal instead. Available formats: Xtream Codes login, M3U playlist or MAC portal.
Do you install the app for me?
We can't access your device, but we guide you step by step on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. For TV apps that use a MAC address, send it to us and we add your playlist for you.
Orders & payments
How do I pay?
After you place your order, we email you a secure payment link for the exact amount of your plan. The payment link is never shown on the website, and no payment is taken when you submit the order form.
When does my subscription start?
Your plan starts when your login is activated after payment, not when you place the order. The full period, for example 12 months, counts from activation.
I didn't receive my order email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your order ID, which is shown on the confirmation page.
Can I add screens or change plans later?
Contact support with your order ID and tell us what you'd like to change. We'll explain the options and the price before anything is charged.
How do I renew?
Place a new order for the plan you want and put your existing username in the order notes. Where possible we extend your current login, so you don't have to set up your devices again.
Watching
Is there a programme guide?
Yes. Electronic programme guide (EPG) on channels that publish one. Most player apps load it automatically with an Xtream Codes login. Our EPG guide explains how to fix an empty guide or wrong times.
Can I watch programmes I missed?
Catch-up on supported channels. Channels with catch-up are marked in players that support it, such as TiviMate. How far back you can go depends on the channel.
What picture quality can I expect?
HD and Full HD, with 4K on channels that broadcast it. The quality you see also depends on your internet speed, your device and the player app.
Can I use it when I travel?
Any country with a stable broadband or mobile connection. Keep within your plan's connection limit, and remember that streaming on mobile data uses a lot of data.
Troubleshooting
Why is the picture buffering?
If every channel buffers, the cause is usually Wi-Fi, an overloaded device or evening congestion at your internet provider. If only one channel buffers, the source is the likely cause; tell support which channel. Our buffering guide lists the fixes in order.
The app says my login is invalid.
Copy the details again from your welcome email. A space at the end, a missing http:// or a wrong port number in the server address are the most common causes. If it still fails, send us a screenshot.
It says too many connections.
More devices are playing than your plan allows. Stop playback on a device you're not using, wait a minute, then try again. You can add connections at any time.
A channel isn't working.
Try the channel again after a few minutes and check whether other channels play. If only that channel fails, send us its name and the time it stopped working so we can check the source.
